All in all, its well-appointed place that has competent stuff from receptionist on leaving. A nice size rooms complete with a large terrace, superb views, as example.

The shower room was super clean, but my bed seemed like a rock.

The closeness to Santa Ana Plaza and the museums
The room was extremely small and cramped and based on the other hotels we stayed at during our stay in Spain, the Prado hotel was way overpriced.

Staff were amiable.
Liked the hotel, it is UNUSUAL and fairly clean, has particularly good and stunning location to Town Hall. The breakfast with particularly good cakes was really tasty. Location: the venue was right by great restaurants. I found Bar el Galeon offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue.

This is an excellent contemporary hotel. As such it lacks the charm and personality of the traditional Paradors where we stayed for most of the rest of our holiday but, as an hotel it provided us with exactly the sort of accommodation we required. The pool is splendid and the staff professional, courteous and welcoming.
The glass enclosed facilities in the room were a mistake. If one wishes to use the facilities at night the whole end of the bedroom lights up as if Dr Who's space ship has landed next to the bed. Nor is it especially thrilling to see the silhouette of someone using the wc!

The restaurant service was, frankly, an embarrassment. I expected at least a complimentary gesture for my troubles, but instead was met with a pesky leak in my room. I almost considered a good review, but just could not get over those concrete-like beds. Disappointing to say the least.

Perfect Base for Exploring Andalusia
We stayed as part of a travel group, and the junior suite was a real treat with a massive spa bath and a comfy bed. The breakfast buffet was fantastic-offering cooked-to-order options that kept us fueled for our daily adventures. The hotel's location is a great starting point for exploring nearby towns like Granada and Ronda, all just a short drive away. The only downside was that the WiFi could be a bit slow at times.

A really great hotel - good location, fabulous view, plenty of style and excellent service from the staff. We had the 'taster/gourmet' dinner at the hotel - good value (EU28 pp) and a really varied selection of local dishes. One of the best hotels we've stayed at......

Parador architecture/design was unexpected and beautiful. Excellent views of the countryside (also unexpected). The price was unbeatable. Front desk staff was very gracious, accommodating & seamed pleased to see us. The room was very clean, the furnishing very contemporary and very pleasant. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and an excellent price, very good quality and enjoyable.
The bed was somewhat uncomfortable, it seemed to be of lower quality than the rest of the furnishings. Several of the restuarant staff was not approachable when/while we needed some clarification on menu and availablity.
